How to Play
Crossword Lite is a compact mini crossword. Read clues for across and down entries, click cells, and type letters to fill intersecting words.
Use clue intersections to confirm letters. Complete every cell to finish the puzzle.
This is a fixed 5×5 mini grid with five entries: three across — REACT, GAME and CODE — and two down — WEB and APP. The clues are all programming-flavoured, so the vocabulary is familiar even if the grid is small.
With only five words, every letter is either an intersection or an endpoint, which means solving any two words usually forces a third. That is the whole appeal: it is a two-minute puzzle, not a Sunday newspaper one.

Tips & Tricks
- 1Fill short crossing words first to anchor longer entries
- 2Switch clues when stuck — perpendicular letters give hints

- 5Start with WEB and APP: at three letters each they constrain REACT and GAME immediately through shared cells
- 6The R in REACT and the W in WEB sit in the same column region, so solving either one narrows the other to a handful of options
- 7Because there are only five entries, a wrong letter almost always produces a contradiction two cells later — trust that signal
