This notice describes the current No WiFi Games website. Optional analytics and advertising are disabled while our compliance review is open. Core games remain available without them.
1. Information We Collect
The current site uses two types of data:
- Data stored on your device: theme, favorites, recent games, your ratings, install-prompt choices, and game progress or scores. The current app does not send these local records to us.
- Hosting and security data: Cloudflare may process request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, time, and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
- Optional measurement: Google Analytics collection is currently paused. No Google Analytics network script is loaded by this version.
2. How We Use Information
Current processing is limited to:
- Deliver pages and games, remember device-local choices, and maintain site security
- Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests sent by you
- Comply with legal obligations and investigate abuse when necessary
3. Service Providers and Advertising
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process request data for delivery and security. Google Analytics and Google AdSense are not active in the current release. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This notice and the consent flow must be updated before either optional service is enabled.
4. Storage and Your Choices
Device-local records remain until you clear them in the site or browser. Necessary storage supports requested features and does not require an account. Privacy preferences are versioned, expire after 180 days, and can be reviewed at any time.
You can also clear this site's theme, favorites, history, ratings, scores, progress, install choices, and privacy preferences from this browser. This does not delete hosting security logs or messages you previously sent to us.
5. Rights and Age Review
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive information about personal data, and to complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to make a request.
We are assessing age-appropriate design requirements for our general browser-game audience. Optional analytics and advertising remain disabled during that review. We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, payment data, or account details from children through the games.
