Terms of Use

No WiFi Games is a free, browser-based game library. The catalog is organized by category, and each game page publishes a how-to-play guide, a control list, and a short FAQ so you know what a title expects before you start.

Game progress, favorites, recent-play lists, and ratings are stored in your own browser's local storage. The current version does not upload those records to us, and no account is required to play. Games are provided for entertainment, with no wagering, no stakes and no prizes: a score is a number in your browser and carries no value outside the game.

You may use the site where doing so is lawful, and only if you are able to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who wants a child's locally stored data removed can clear it from the Privacy page or by clearing site data in the browser.

If you reach the site from a device or network owned by someone else — a school, an employer, a library, or an internet provider — you are responsible for following that organization's rules as well.

When using the service, you agree not to:

• Attack, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, its hosting, or another person's device
• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the catalog in a way that degrades the service for other visitors
• Upload, inject, or transmit malware, or use the games to deliver harmful code to others
• Present the site's content, guides, or illustrations as your own, or resell them as a product
• Run automated systems that generate fake ratings, scores, or traffic

Bug reports, game ideas, and suggestions are welcome. If you send one, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it, with no obligation of payment, credit, or confidentiality on our side. We do not accept unsolicited confidential material, so please do not send anything you consider a trade secret or an unpublished invention.

Suggestions are reviewed on our own schedule. Sending one does not create a partnership, an employment relationship, or any commitment that we will build what you describe.

The site's layout, code, written guides, and illustrations belong to us or are licensed to us, and may not be reused without written permission. Game titles, category names, and logos are not offered under an open license.

We respect the rights of others and respond to notices. If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, trademark, or another right, email legal@nowifiwebgames.com and include the material you are referring to, the right you claim, how to reach you, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate. We review notices as they arrive, and may take material down while a claim is being assessed.

Filing a notice that misrepresents the facts can expose the person filing it to liability under applicable law, so please make sure of your position before writing to us.

This site is currently published without advertising and without analytics: the switches for both are off while our compliance review is open. If that changes, this page and the Privacy Policy will be updated before any such feature is switched on.

Pages are delivered through a content delivery network, which processes request data such as IP address and browser details in order to serve and protect the site. Links to outside websites are offered for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

We work to keep the site reachable, but access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting incidents, and browser or device changes can interrupt it. Titles and pages may also be added, renamed, updated, or withdrawn as the catalog is reviewed — a game can move out of the public catalog for legal review without advance notice.

The site is offered as a progressive web app. Offline availability depends on what your own browser has already cached: a game that has not been opened while online has nothing stored to fall back on, and clearing site data removes the cached copy.

The site and all games are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Descriptions, controls, and compatibility notes are written as guidance. Actual behavior varies by browser, device, screen size, and settings, and locally stored scores and progress can be lost when you clear browser data or switch devices.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer protections that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.

We may limit or block access to the site, or to a specific game, where we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, to protect the service or other people, or to respond to a rights complaint. Since no account is required, most limits apply at the network or browser level rather than to a user profile.

You can stop using the site at any time. Clearing site data in your browser removes locally stored favorites, ratings, and play history.
